Read, annotate and redact PDFs in one go, right in your browser. Black out names and emails, rotate and delete pages. No upload – the file never leaves your device.
Most PDF jobs in a case file belong together: the document has to be read through, the key passages struck out, personal data covered, and a few pages perhaps turned the right way up or removed before the file goes on. The PDF all-in-one tool brings it all together in one place, so you don't have to move the same file between three different programs.
All processing happens in your browser. The file is never uploaded and no copy is stored on a server.

Full-text search across the whole document, strikethrough, notes and sticky notes. Your comments travel with the file, so the recipient sees them in the same place you do.
Danish CPR numbers in the form 123456-7890 and email addresses are found automatically across the whole document. Search for a name or a case number and have every occurrence marked at once – anything else you mark yourself with the redaction tool.
Rotate a page that was scanned upside down, delete the blank ones and change the order – before you save or print.
Both the search and the automatic shortcuts read the document's text layer. If the PDF is a scanned image of a paper document, there is no text to search, and everything has to be marked by hand.
The CPR and email shortcuts look for fixed patterns, not context. A number written without the hyphen, or a name that appears outside the known formats, is not found automatically – always review the result manually before the file goes on. The CPR shortcut covers Danish personal identity numbers only.
The PDF all-in-one tool is a full PDF editor in your browser. You can read and search the document, write notes and strike text through, mark personal data for redaction, rotate, delete and move pages — and download the finished file or print it.
The document is read into your browser and is not sent to a server. The editor itself is loaded from the vendor's (Syncfusion) CDN the first time you open a file; your PDF does not go with it.
The tool requires a free user profile. If you only need to remove Danish CPR numbers and names, you can use PDF redaction without logging in.
Read through a decision, strike through the key passages and put a sticky note next to whatever your colleague should look at. The notes are saved in the file, so the recipient sees them in their own PDF reader.
Click the CPR button, then search for the surnames of the people involved and review the marks. Apply the redactions and download the file.
Rotate the pages that face the wrong way, delete the blank back pages and drag the exhibits into place before you save.
Open the downloaded PDF in another PDF reader and try to select and copy the text where the boxes are. If you can, the redactions have not been applied.
A mark is not a redaction. If the file is downloaded before the redactions are applied, the text under the boxes can still be found.
Notes and comments travel with the file. Remove internal remarks before the document leaves the organisation.
The search and the CPR button read the document's text layer. A scanned page without a text layer has to be marked by hand.
If you need to pass on a contract or payslip, you can remove the CPR number, account number and address and keep the rest readable.
The CPR button only finds numbers written with a hyphen. If the number is written as one string, look for it with the search field.
Always keep the original. Redactions that have been applied cannot be removed again from the downloaded file.
